Affliliate Agreement, Bylaws, Draft rules due

• All Day, July 31st, 2014

• Each Association or Club must submit:

  1. A signed Affiliate Agreement
  2. A copy of by-laws if changed (or email stating they have not changed).
  3. A copy of your current Draft Rules

  All should be submitted to the District 2 Chairperson.  (Scanned Legible Copies are preferred)
